It can be confusing as to which report allows you to do what! We will focus on the three different types of Public Reports and what can be advertised under each. Let's face it, most of us have our advertising lined up well ahead of a Public Report application, and those in charge of advertising may not be the same people working to obtain the Public Report.

ALICE FORD is President of California Builder Services. The firm works with subdivisions throughout the state.  With over 35 years of experience working in the new home arena, Alice is extremely familiar with all facets of the Public Report process.  
SANDY RICHERT has been in the new home industry since 1993, working for Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Meritage Homes and now Trumark Homes as the Director of Sales for Northern California.   Over that time Sandy has opened numerous sales offices either in the role of Sales Representative or in Sales Management, ensuring the office is compliant before opening its doors to the public, as well as the sale and escrow process.
DEREK WENZEL is an Account Director at JStokes, a full-service creative marketing firm with a specialty in real estate marketing and advertising. Derek oversees all of the agency's real estate clients from local and national homebuilders to new multifamily developments and master plans. Derek also oversees strategic development and project management of creative work.
