Moderator Sarah Connolly will be leading a workshop on centered leadership and the idea of 'framing.'

Sarah Connolly is a dedicated people and talent developer, caring coach, relentless problem solver, and a self-described life-long learner. Over the past two decades, she has been an integral member of the professional development team at McKinsey & Company on both the east and west coasts. Sarah has spent the past two years on a part-time program leading consultant mobility and performance reviews in order to focus more time on “people development” at home with her two children. 
 
The “Centered Leadership” model will help you lead with impact, resilience, and fulfillment. Framing, the focus of this meeting, will help you understand your triggers and fears to reduce their power, learn how to pause in moments of conflict, and develop strategies for facing your fears and shifting your mindsets.
