Code Update: Reach Codes & Electrification - What you need to be thinking about for the Future

As a follow up from our Code Update event in April, the BIA Bay Area invites you to join us for a live and in person presentation on what is coming after the 2022 California Building Code Update, reach codes going into effect in many cities, full electrification, and battery storage. This session will focus be focused on land development and design implications of the 2022 and 2025 code updates. Experts from Harris & Sloan's, Paul Giacalone Design Services and PG&E will have a lively discussion on ‘battery ready’ and battery storage communities, how EV, Solar, tie in, how PG&E Design standards may change, gas phase out, all electric communities, and the implications as we continue to electrify. This session would be of interest to anyone from land acquisitions, project management, land development, finance, legal, and design fields.
