ANTHONY MARRAFFINO - Northern California Builder Sales Executive, Interior Logic Group Anthony has over 20 plus years of experience in flooring/décor sales and has been a Sales Executive for ILG for seven years. The three years prior were spent at Emser Tile focusing on the Builder segment. Anthony has been happily married to his husband, Kevin, for the past 9 years and resides in Sonoma CA. They have one adopted cat, who?s original name was, Eli and now since renamed to, Kitty Baby. When not working, they love to travel, drink wine and go out to meals?.. Anthony doesn't love to cook. |

KATY J. MUNOZ - Director of Land Development, D.R. Horton Katy is deeply passionate about the built environment, a commitment that has led them to wear many hats throughout their career. She currently serves as the Director of Land Development for D.R. Horton Bay Area, the Educational Outreach (EOC) Chair for the Bay Area BIA PWB, and a steering committee member for the Bay Area BIA Land Planning and Committee. Katy is dedicated to educating youth about the diverse career opportunities within the industry. It?s important to them that future builders can see themselves in the roles being presented, which is why they strive to bring professionals with similar backgrounds to each EOC event they participate in. Believing in the power of strong communities, Katy volunteers their spare time as Vice President of the Niles Main Street Association, a non-profit community organization focused on the historic preservation and economic revitalization of the historic Niles commercial and residential district in Fremont, California. |

MONIQUE SMALL - Director of Purchasing, D.R. Horton With over 20 years of expertise in the homebuilding industry, Monique Small has cultivated a rich career journey that began with Pulte Homes in Las Vegas, NV. Hailing originally from the Bay Area, Monique pursued higher education at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Architecture. During Monique's tenure at Pulte Homes, she showcased her multifaceted skill set across various roles including customer service, risk management, special projects, and project management in land development. In 2017, Monique returned to the Bay Area, joining Pulte Homes' Northern California division procurement department. Swiftly climbing the ranks, Monique achieved the position of Division Procurement Manager. Recently, Monique is embarking on a new chapter as the Director of Purchasing at D.R. Horton. In her current role, Monique is charged with creating and implementing strategies that drive efficiencies to aid the division?s growth and continuing to foster a culture that champions innovative thought and celebrates individuality. Devoting herself professionally, Monique actively contributes to the Education and Outreach Committee of the Professional Women in Building and was recently nominated to serve on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association, channeling her energy towards fostering education, growth, and representation within the industry. Balancing professional and personal passions, Monique aims to make a positive impact both in and out of the workplace. |

SHIKHA SUBRAMANIAN - Associate/Architect, DAHLIN Shikha Subramanian is an Architect and an Associate at DAHLIN in Pleasanton, CA. She started her career in Portland, Oregon where she specialized in multifamily, market rate projects before deciding to return to her roots in the Bay Area. Upon her return, Shikha continued to work on multifamily projects but pivoted her focus to affordable housing, as she felt it was a path to give back to the community that raised her. Shikha is dedicated to representing first generation Pacific Islander women in the building industry, be it through her work with Professional Women in Building or by serving as the Professional Development Chair for the San Francisco Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects. |
