BIA|Bay Area FEMA Meeting

Cox Castle attorney Clark Morrison, and BIA|Bay Area, CBIA and NAHB staff will provide an update and take input regarding FEMA's recent announcement that it will temporarily suspend processing applications for Letters of Map Revision based on Fill (LOMR-Fs) and Conditional Letters of Map Revisions based on Fill (CLOMR-Fs) in 32 additional California  counties including the Greater Bay Area effective July 1, 2023.  Without these floodplain map amendments, future homeowners in the impacted projects will be required to purchase expensive flood insurance.
