Steve Riter with McKinley Partners will present information about One Lake, a 390-acre master planned community with 2,226 housing units in Fairfield. Located within the Fairfield Train Station Specific Plan along the Interstate 80 corridor, the developer plans to start grading and construction in the spring and expects to deliver finished lots to builders in late 2018. In addition, East Bay Governmental Affairs Executive Director Lisa Vorderbrueggen will provide a brief review of governmental affairs developments of 2017 and a look ahead to 2018. Attendees will have the opportunity to suggest meeting topics for next year.
