Kelly Krhoun, the Owner/President of Creative Design Group, headquartered in San Ramon, CA

Kelly graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in communication and marketing and continued her education at the UC Berkeley Interior Design Program.  Kelly and the talented designers at Creative Design Group provide award winning model home design to Homebuilders and Developers nationwide.  

One key aspect that sets Kelly apart is her active participation in industry organizations such as the Building Industry Association, where she has held significant roles like President of the Sales and Marketing Council and Associates Chair of the BIA Executive Board. She was awarded the prestigious Chairman's Award in 2023 and has served as an industry award judge for several award shows nationwide. This level of involvement not only showcases Kelly's dedication to her profession but also highlights her commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
