As Chairman, Jill strengthens the firm by sharing her experience, knowledge and passion of designing housing for all. This top leadership position includes working closely with the firm’s CEO, Tricia Esser, the Board of Directors and principals of the seven offices across the country. Jill remains focused on KTGY’s commitment to education, sustainability and community.

In the Managing Principal role, Jill takes an active role of the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area and DC Metro offices, interacting with developers, communities and the studio leaders. She provides leadership that encourages continuously searching for better and forward-looking solutions to all housing challenges.

Jill joined KTGY in 1991, became a shareholder in 1995, and opened the San Francisco Bay Area office in 2005. Her commitment to sustainable and thoughtful design has been recognized by clients, communities and the development industry alike, resulting in a thriving practice.
