What is a Lean In Circle? Lean in Circles are a small group discussion forums around a particular topic. Circles are a safe space to share your struggles, give and get advice, and celebrate each other's wins. Each circle will be moderated by a PWB BIA\|Bay Area member around a topic of their expertise, experience and knowledge.
Topic: Harnessing Inspiration Have you ever been to an event or read a book, became excited and inspired by what you learned, saw what is possible for yourself and others, and then nothing happens? Or start the year with resolutions or good intentions to achieve a goal and then a couple weeks in, life happens, and the idea fizzles out, is forgotten or dismissed? This can feel frustrating and self-defeating. What might be different in your life if you could channel that enthusiasm and energy to create and achieve what you most desire? Caron helps elevate high performers to conscious, impactful leaders. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and is a graduate of Landmark Worldwide. Caron has also shared the stage with world-renowned author Dr. John Gray. Caron is a contributing author in the Internationally best-selling book, ?100 Voices of Inspiration, Awakening and Empowerment?. When Caron isn't working, she stays healthy by eating well, meditating, hiking, or doing yoga. She loves spending time with the most important people in her life - dear friends and family - be it close or extended. She loves volunteering at charity events, traveling, reading, or hanging out at home with her two kitties.
