BIA|Bay Area Joint East/South Bay Regional Policy Committees - Feb. 3, 2021

Campaign finance attorney Brian Hildreth will speak at a special joint meeting of BIA|Bay Area's South and East Bay Regional Policy Committees. Hildreth is a partner with Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP and he specializes in political and election law. The presentation will cover, among other areas, the various types of political action committees (PACs), do's and don't to accepting and making contributions, enforcement agencies. Members will also have the opportunity to ask questions. BIA|Bay Area administers two committees, one for candidates and a second for issues. The RPCs annually recommend the PAC make contributions to candidate and issue committees on behalf of the industry. BIA members only, please.
