BIA|Bay Area Joint East/South Bay Regional Policy Committee - Oct. 20, 2021

During a special virtual meeting of BIA|Bay Area's joint East/South Bay Regional Policy Committees, San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board staffers will present information for residential developers on the agency's tentative order for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit covering municipal stormwater discharges from entities in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Solano counties. This new permit is expected to have direct impacts on new housing developments. BIA|Bay Area members only, please.
