2023 BIA|Bay Area Annual Golf Tournament - July 17

BIA|Bay Area’s hugely popular golf tournament will return to both courses at Blackhawk Country Club in Danville. Join us for lunch and then hit
the links for a day of fun. Cap off the day at the 19th Hole with cocktails, dinner, raffle prizes, and an awards ceremony.

All Sponsors will receive signage recognition during the event, on marketing/promotional material, on BIABA event pages and media sites
in addition to those outlined below. Each sponsorship includes 2 attendees to the reception & dinner. Any additional must register for reception
only. Benefits that include sponsor representation on a hole will include a tee sign, pop-up tent, table & two chairs. Sponsors may have multiple
volunteers on the course. *indicates only exclusive/one sponsorship available recognition on the event web page, printed program, and event tee sign,
in addition to benefits listed below each sponsorship. Sponsors will have first priority in securing foursomes before opening up the opportunity to
the general membership.

launcher (includes staff guidance). Allow golfers to improve their tee

Exclusive flatbed cart use to distribute (sponsor provided) food and
beverage to golfers, sponsors, and volunteers during the tournament
(liquor OK)

Opportunity to represent the company at a hole.
Sponsor to provide beverages (non-alcoholic, beer/wine only, food/
snacks to golfers
Contest prize included with sponsorship. Additional prizes
welcomed.

Closest to the Pin, Hole in One; Exclusive: Putting

Exclusive golf cart use to distribute, sponsor provided, cigars
and related items to golfers, sponsors, and volunteers during the
tournament

LIQUOR HOLE (4 Available)* $750
Opportunity to represent the company at a hole.
Sponsor to provide liquor/alcoholic beverages to golfers and
attendees

BEVERAGE COOLER (2 Available) $750
Five coolers situated throughout one of the two courses with
sponsor recognition
Beverages are provided by BIA

FOOD/MEAL (4 Available) $500
Sponsor provided meal to golfers and attendees on the course
during the tournament (suggestions: taco bar, hot dog station)
