	Nick Arenson Division President, Century Communities
	Vince McCarrie Division President, D.R. Horton Vince has worked in development for the past 15 years. Spending time as a commercial real estate agent with Newmark in Santa Clara, acquisitions manager at Robson Homes and his current tenure with D.R. Horton, he has gained an appreciation for the value and challenge of developing communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently serving as the Division President for D.R. Horton?s Bay Area Division he celebrates working with a team of enthusiastic problem solvers committed to the mission of providing housing to a supply constrained region. His wife Sophia and family of five girls supports his real estate hobby.
	Todd Regonini President & Residential Development / Chief Development Officer, Sares \| Regis Todd Regonini has been with the Company from its founding and manages all aspects of the Residential Development Division including development and construction of infill, for-sale, and multifamily rental communities. He also provides expertise/guidance to individual project teams for feasibility analyses, project programming, conceptual design and entitlements, pre-construction services, financing, and project operations. Mr. Regonini received a Master?s Degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management/Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
	Josh Roden President, Brookfield Residential President of Brookfield Properties? Northern California Land and Housing group. With more than 20 years of commercial, for-sale and rental residential, retail and institutional projects, Josh is skilled at leading a diverse development and construction team. Mr. Roden began his career with Opus Group, a commercial and mixed-use developer. As Vice President of Acquisitions for Meritage Homes, Josh grew the business to a top five builder in Northern California. Josh is on the board of HomeAid, former Chairman of Bay Building Industry Association of the Bay Area, holds a civil engineering degree from Marquette University, has a California Real Estate and Professional Engineering license, and an Eagle Scout.
	Moderator: Wendi Zubillaga Partner & Chief Sales Officer, Citadel Roofing and Solar Wendi is a founding partner and Chief Sales Officer for Citadel Roofing and Solar as well as serving as Vice President of Sales for The Coastal Companies. She has had an illustrious career in the homebuilding industry for over 30 years primarily focused on the Bay Area markets.
