Tara Stafford, LCSW and Yogi

Tara has over 15 years of clinical non-profit experience and is a licensced clinical social worker. She is a lecturer at California State University East Bay's Masters of Social Work Department and has a private practice, Hidden Lotus, in Danville, California. She is a certified facilitator of the Practice®, a 10 week series of feminine yoga, meditation and sisterhood. She also offers 8 week expressive art groups which includes, meditation, journaling, and a space to share emotions through expressed art experiences. She can be found at www.tarastafford.org
