2020 BIA|Bay Area Joint East/South Bay Regional Policy Committee - May 20

A special joint meeting of the BIA|Bay Area Joint East/South Bay Regional Policy Committees will feature information about the new statewide rules governing the transition to Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) from Level of Service (LOS) as a transportation impact measurement. Required under Senate Bill 743, the new requirement goes into effect on July 1, 2020. Speakers include BIA General Counsel Paul Campos, CBIA General Counsel Nick Cammarota and transportation engineer Ian Barnes with Fehr & Peers.
