Founder Sam Greason practiced law and worked in land development for 8 years prior to starting Bella Vista in 1993. Bella Vista has been involved as principals, investors, advisors or brokers in numerous high-density, mixed-use apartment projects, totaling 6,323 apartments, 196,000 SF of commercial, and 159 hotel rooms.
